Rep Jibrin Held For Attack On Kwankwanso
Two persons were killed in the attack when partisan supporters of the All Progressives Congress, APC waylaid Kwankwanso’s entourage of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP supporters who were passing through Kofa Vallage in Bebeji Local Government Area of Kano State.
Jibrin claims Kofa as his origin.
At least 18 vehicles were burnt and 20 vehicles shattered during the fracas.
Jibrin became controversial when he accused fellow members of the House of Representatives of padding the budge of the Federal Government an allegation he subsequently not able to prove.
He was suspended from the House but recently recalled.
