Kwara: Gov. Abdulrazaq Kicks-Off Probe Of Abdulfatah

Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State has commenced the formal probe of his immediate predecessor with the constitution of a panel to review the sales of all government property undertaken by the Abdulfatah Ahmed administration.

A statement issued by the Deputy Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Agboola Olarenwaju on Monday said the committee headed by Senator Makunjola Ajadi is expected to submit its report within two weeks.

The committee is expected to among others identify “the affected property and beneficiaries, to examine the procedure/processes for disposal/sale and examine whether or not such sales is in conformity with public interest among others.”
