Gunmen Go After Children In Kaduna, Kill Three

The police in Kaduna have launched a manhunt for gunmen who invaded Unguwan Rimi village in Kauru LGA and shot three young boys to death.

The boys killed were Monday Yahaya, 8, Ashimile Danladi 9, and  Samson David, 17.

According to sources the armed men invaded the village sometime around 2.30 p.m. and carried out their evil work and thereafter proceeded to another neighbouring community, Chawai where they also killed another young boy and injured an elderly man before they escaped.

The reduced casualty in Chawai it was learnt followed the fact that many of the villagers fled at the approach of the gunmen.
