The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress has brought caution to bear over allegations that the killing of Mrs. Funke Olakunrin, daughter of Afenifere leader, Pa Reuben Fasoronti was perpetrated by herdsmen.
In a session with reporters following a condolence visit to Fasoronti, he said”Funke is very close to me, four or five days ago, we had our chat on Whatsapp to one another. I remember what she even told me about Baba’s health condition. We just pray that this one will not happen again.
“People are worried that this attackers are herdsmen, are you not concerned about this?”
He said “I am extremely concerned about security. I don’t want a stigma. I can go through history of kidnapping. And you are matured enough. You know how it started. There are lots of copy cats. How many years ago have we faced security and cases of kidnapping? Was Evans who was detained and arrested or thereafter a herdsman?
“I don’t want to be political, I will ask you, where are the cows?”
