Dino Melaye Vows Not To Partake In Kogi West Rerun Poll
Says He Will Be Gov At Time Of The Poll

Senator Dino Melaye who was sacked by the Kogi State National Assembly Election Tribunal on Friday has assured his supporters not to be bothered by the tribunal ruling affirming that he would not be a candidate for the rerun election.
A three-man panel led by Justice A. O. Chijioke, on Friday in a unanimous judgment, accepted Sam Adeyemi’s three ground of irregularities, over voting and compliance, while ordering a fresh election in the Kogi West senatorial district.
Reacting on Twitter via his official Twitter handle, Melaye disclosed that he would appeal the judgement at the Appeal court.
He tweeted ”On Tribunal judgement. No cause for alarm at all. Even if it went my way they will still go to the Appeal Court. Our mandate can not be taken. We will get judgment at the Appeal Court.
”There will be fresh election in Kogi West because I will be Governor. For my Senate mandate no shaking.”
