Evil Spirits In Anambra Government House – Obiano
Governor Willie Obiano has alleged the presence of evil spirits in the Government House, Awka.
The governor opened up at Province of the Niger, Anglican Prayer Rally of Anambra State (APRAS) 2019 on Saturday that had the theme “The Righteous shall Flourish like Palm Tree.”
The governor who was represented at the rally by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Solo Chukwubelu which held at the Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square, Awka.
Responding to the ministration of Rt. Rev. Prosper Amah, bishop of Ogbaru, the governor said:
“In the Government House, the evil spirits come and go. We urge the church to pray hard to let them leave the government for good.”
The Archbishop, Province of Niger and Bishop, Diocese of Awka, Most Rev. Alexander Ibezim, however, differed with the governor as he affirmed that the supposed evil spirits were human beings that the governor should deal with.
“The government should fight evil spirits themselves in the state house, while the church will fight those outside the government house.”
