Six Days After Gunmen Attack On Makinde, Commissioner’s Vehicle Attacked
Six days after unknown gun men attacked the hotel Governor Seyi Makinde was lodged in Lokoja, Kogi State, unknown gunmen on Wednesday night attacked the vehicle of the Oyo State commissioner for lands, Abdularaheem Abiodun. The attackers killed his driver.
The commissioner was not in the vehicle at the time of the attack a source said. It was gathered that the driver and the orderly were on a message when the gunmen opened fire on them.
The orderly is presently recuperating from bullet wounds inflicted on him during the attack in a hospital. The police is expected to brief on the matter later on Thursday.
