Ronaldo Sets Hat-Trick Record

On January 4th 2020, the ever-reliable and magnificent Portuguese Superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick for Juventus and provided an assist against Cagliari.

By that, he became the first man on earth to score hat-tricks in ten different competitions.

The game ended 4-1 in favor of the Italian Champions and Cristiano Ronaldo was the star of the show.

He opened the scoring in the second half after taking advantage of a defensive error and showed his composure in front of the goalkeeper and slotted the ball in. Of course most goalkeepers against Cristiano Ronaldo know that he ends up as the superior player.

He scored the second goal from the penalty spot, the goal poacher scores penalties for fun and that is why he has been nicknamed “penaldo”. An incisive pass from Ronaldo to find Gonzalo Higuain enabled the Argentine to score the third goal. Thank You Cristiano!!! was the message of gratitude that was showing on his happy face as the attacking duo embraced each other during the celebration of that goal.

Lastly, he finished the business with his last goal to secure his first hat-trick of the new decade and also set a record of being the first person to score a hat-trick in ten different competitions.
