The Nigerian Twitter community has reacted with praise for the boldness expressed by Bishop Matthew Kukah, the Catholic bishop of Sokoto province in addressing the security situation in the country on Tuesday.

Kukah had at the burial of the slain 18-year-old Seminarian, Mich Nnadi lamented President Muhammadu Buhari’s perceived failures including selective appointments lamenting it as the worst case of discrimination in the history of the country.

Micheal Nnadi was murdered by his abductors, after he was kidnapped with two other seminarians of Good Shepherd seminary, Kaduna, even though the ransom of N50million was paid for their release.

Many Twitter users commended the bishop for his boldness to criticize the security failures of the administration.

Others noted how the homily sermon stirred up their emotional disposition towards the incident.
