Nigerians Protest Shagamu Killing On Twitter
Nigerians have reacted to the bloody confrontation that occurred between the Nigerian Police and protesters, during demonstrations against the killing of the Remo Stars Football Club player, Tiamiyu Kazeem (popularly known as Kaka).
Kaka was allegedly killed by an officer of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), on Saturday.
It was learnt that three persons with one policeman have been feared death, due to the violence that ensued in the course of the protest.
The unfortunate development has generated more angry reactions from many Nigerians, who have been calling for disengagement of SARS.
Celebrities have also joined the league of Nigerians, condemning what they described as violence and inhumane treatment carried out by SARS.
