Sanusi’s Removal Divides Shehu Sani, Dele Momodu, Omokri, Nigerians

The dethronement of Alhaji Muhammadu Sanusi II as the Emir of Kano Emirate by the Kano State Government has stirred passions on social media with some prominent Nigerians taking opposite sides on his deposition.

While folks like former Senator Shehu Sani and Dele Momodu kicked against the move, Reno Omokri was indifferent. Mr. Omokri who apparently has not forgotten Sanusi over his role in mobilizing against President Goodluck Jonathan opined that Sanusi is suffering for his actions against Dr. Jonathan.
