Lagos Explosion: Peter Obi, Nigerians Hail Sacrifice Of School Principal

The Death of Rev. Sister Henrietta Alokha, the Principal of Bethlehem Girls College, Abule Ado, Lagos State has brought sorrowful to many Nigerians.

Rev. Henrietta lost her life, on Sunday, when trying to rescue girls of Bethlehem College who were trapped in the school buildings, when the gas explosion that rocked Abule Ado axis of Lagos hit their school.

The Revered sister was said to have been hit by a falling roof when trying to rescue her school girls.

Many Nigerians have commended the heroic display of Sister Henrietta at the expense of her own life, to ensure that some of the young school girls were rescued.

Among those who have hailed her heroic action were the vice presidential candidate of the People Democratic Party in the 2019 elections, Peter Obi, who took to his Twitter account, to commend sister Henrietta for showing bravery when it mattered most.
