British Prime Minister Tests Positive For Coronavirus

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has vowed to continue leading the country despite developing symptoms of infection with the coronavirus.

In a tweet, the prime minister said he would, however, self-isolate and would work from home.

He said:

Over the last 24 hours I have developed mild symptoms and tested positive for coronavirus.

I am now self-isolating, but I will continue to lead the government’s response via video-conference as we fight this virus.
