Havilah Open Door Makes New Appointments

Havilah Open Door Group has announced new appointments it said at the weekend it said will help the diversified group deliver greater value to its stakeholders in the digital age.

The appointments include that of an Executive Vice-Chairman, a new Group Managing Director, and three appointments in units in the conglomerate.

Executive Vice-Chairman: Mr. TC Ihejirika.

Mr. Ihejirika, a lawyer with LLM degree has a Post Graduate Diploma in Security Studies is also a graduate of Cranfield School of Management – United Kingdom, in Strategic and Operational Management.

He has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice-Chairman  and will be leading the executive committee of the group.

Group Managing Director: Mrs. Osayi Lasisi, JD.

A lawyer and expert in Strategic Managemen, Mrs. Lasisi in her new position as the Group Managing Director is to lead the strategic management of the group. She is to support and deputise for the Executive Vice Chairman

Assistant Group Managing Director: Mr. Ebi Tebepina.

A consummate marketing communications expert, Mr. Tebepina has been promoted to the position of Assistant Group Managing Director and Managing Director of Omecom Security Limited.

Managing Director Mindshare: Mrs. Abiola Olayande

Mrs. Olayande, an engineer by profession and a communications expert has been promoted to the position of Managing Director- Mindshare Group.  

In that position, she leads the management teams in Mindshare Communications Limited and Mindshare Datatech Limited.

Deputy Managing Director Concorde Security: Mr. Peter Hart Opuzi.

Mr. Opuzi, an economist and private security expert is promoted Deputy Managing Director of Concorde Security and Protocol Services Limited. Executive Director, Operations and Training: Mr. Paual-Caesar Edekobi

Mr. Edekobi, a security expert and graduate of Business

Administration has been promoted to the position of Executive Director of Operations and Training Mid West and Eastern Regions of the Group. Associate Director, Operations and Marketing: Mrs. Shola Fatoye.

A graduate of the University of Ibadan and an astute administrator, Mrs. Fatoye is appointed Associate Director, Operations and Marketing of Omecom Security Limited.

Havilah Open Door is a diversified group made up of Mindshare Communications, Concorde Security, Mindshare Datatech, Omecom Security, Concorde Express and Logistics, TME Garment and ED-JOHN School of Management.

Havilah Open Door and its sub-units were founded and been nurtured over the last 20 years by the chairman, Dr. Osaren Emokpae
