Nigerians React As Fraud Suspects Mompha, Adeherself Embrace

A viral video showing under trial internet celebrity, Ismaila Mustapha aka Mompha visiting social media influencer, Adedamola Adewale, aka Adeherelf In her residence, days after her release from prison over alleged cyber fraud has excited social media.
Mompha, is himself currently facing trial over an alleged N32.9 billion money laundering case before a Federal High Court in Lagos.
The social media celebrity, before his arrest and arraignment by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, had engaged in lavish display of wealth on Instagram.
Adeherself was recently released from prison after perfecting her bail conditions, following her arrest alongside four others by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC for alleged cyber fraud. She was accused of being the picker for the gang.
The viral of video of Mompha’s visit to Adeherself in her place of residence has set tongues wagging on the microblogging platform, Twitter.
In the video, Adeherself was seen hugging Mompha, showing obvious excitement over his visit, screaming “See Mompha is in my house, guys”

A section of Twitter users touted the visitation as a reunion of persons who had been previously held by EFCC.
Another section of Twitter users wondered over the relationship between Mompha and Adeherself, in the wake of the alleged cyber fraud involvement.
Another section of Twitter users opined that they are both innocent until proven guilty by a competent court.
