Lil Frosh Gives Half-Hearted Apology For Domestic Violence

Nigerian singer, Sanni Goriola popularly known as Lil Frosh has broken his silence on the alleged domestic violence against his girlfriend, Gift Camille, while apologizing for his actions and inactions.
Lil Frosh was accused of beating up Camille, a fashion model by his brother and manager, Mayoks Michael, in a series of posts, published on the social media.
The development sparked outrage on the social media as pictures of the battered and swollen faced Camille appeared on the social media.
Amidst the backlash, the Davido Music Worldwide (DMW, a record label owned by Davido, the singer, terminated Lil Frosh’s recording contract, noting that it does not tolerate domestic violence.
Reacting, Lil Frosh, in a statement, published across social media apologized for his “actions and inactions”
The 22-year-old singer said, “Based on the wide range of incidents between I Sanni Goriola Wasiu (Lil Frosh) and Iyomaterie Okeoghene Taiwo (Thacutegeminnme), I would like to inform my fans and loved ones that we are on top of the situation.
“We urge friends and fans of Lil Frosh to be at ease and not entertain fear or cause further rancor to this situation. We would also like to state that we condemn violence in all forms, be it domestic or otherwise. I sincerely apologize for my actions and inactions, Thank you.”
