Lady Refuses To Testify Against Rapist, Says She Enjoyed Him!

An unidentified rape victim has vowed not to testify against her abuser Oscar Chabaya who was arrested for allegedly raping her and others, saying she enjoyed the sexual exercise with him!

The yet to be identified victim had asked police officers handling the case to give her Chabaya’s details as he had sexually satisfied her during the incident.

That is despite the fact that the victim has proved beyond doubt that the sexual intercourse occurred without her consent.

The incident happened in Botswana where the magistrate, Mr Willie while ruling on the case said rape cases were on the increase in Botswana and perpetrators like Chabaya deserved stronger sentences.

It was gathered that, Chabaya, a Zimbabwean began raping women in March 2017,  breaking  into his victims’ homes through windowpanes left open as well stealing items such  cell phones before raping the victims without protection.

He  was also accused of targeting university students under the age of 24 before breaking into their houses at night to rape them as he keeps bragging  about his sexual prowess, saying they would call him  and beg  for more.

The serial rapist was nabbed in April 2017 after police likened his DNA to an earlier robbery case in which he sustained a cut on his hand while fleeing.
