Fatoyinbo: Sight Of Sex ‘Sinner’ At Shiloh Stirs Storm
By Emmanuel Adigwe
The ongoing yearly spiritual programme organised by the Living Faith Church aka Winners Chapel has sparked controversy over the presence and introduction of accused rapist and founder of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, COZA, Biodun Fatoyinbo.
Fatoyinbo has been serially accused of sexual crimes and misdemeanours by some of his congregants, most notably, by celebrity photographer, Busola Dakaolo.
Before her famous case was that of Ms. Ese Walters who subsequently repented after an alleged tryst with him abroad.
Fatoyinbo has denied all allegations and after at one point standing down from the pulpit has resumed his ministrations to his congregation.
Despite navigating away from judicial conviction, the cleric has been much rebuffed over his alleged misdeeds in the court of public opinion.
It was as such a shock for many when he was introduced during the ongoing Shiloh programme organized by the Living Faith Church, headed by Dr. David Oyedepo over whom there has been no atom of sexual scandal.
So, many Nigerians were shocked finding Fatoyinbo in the Shiloh programme and being introduced.
While some seriously disagreed, there were others who saw nothing wrong with him especially given the fact that he was only introduced and not given opportunity to speak.
Others said that the house of God is open to all persons sinner and saint.
GWG gathered some reactions trending over the issue.
