Katsina School Boys’ Kidnappers Were Settled – Buhari

The bandits who abducted the hundreds of boys of Government Science Secondary School, Kankara, Katsina State were settled, President Muhammadu Buhari has said.

Speaking in a special interview with NTA, the president congratulated the governor of Katsina State, Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari and the military for the professional way the abducted school boys were extricated.

Asked of his reaction to the abduction, he said:

We spoke with the governor and I congragulated him and I  congratulated the army that organized the operation and the settlement of the abductors and getting the children.”

Reacting to the development, Senator Shehu Sani said the country was stuck between the flame of evil and the sword of infamy as according to him payment of ransom encourages the crime of kidnapping.
