Panic As Edo Head Of Service Is Kidnapped
There was apprehension in Benin-City, Edo State on Saturday evening following reports of the kidnap of the Head of the Service, Mr. Anthony Okungbowa.
The circumstances of the kidnap were yet to be revealed but Nigerian Tribune said it happened in the evening.
The crime happened just as Governor Godwin Obaseki was proposing a scheme to apprehend prisoners who escaped from the two prisons in the state capital.
