Jigawa 2023: Youth Group Backs Mustapha Lamido

The leader of Coalition Youth Groups known as Jigawa Renaissance Group (JRG) Comrade Kabiru Faisal has pledged strong support for the 2023 governorship aspiration of Mustapah Sule Lamido, saying that he has no stronger contender in the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Jigawa State.

He said that his movement was solidly behind the Santurakin Dutse in the march towards repossessing the Dutse Government House for the PDP.

He stated this in Dutse after the maiden meeting of the coalition in preparation for the group’s agenda in boosting support for the PDP ahead of the 2023 campagins.

He said that the youths were very concerned about the future of the state and it’s leaders. He said among all those who were currently eyeing the position of governor in the state, Mustapha Sule Lamido stood the best chance to govern the state and meet the aspirations and yearnings of all across the state.

Faisal said  Mustapha has received enough tutelage under the former governor and his father without a stain. He vowed that the youths across the state would mobilise and canvass support for Mustapha’s aspiration to become the next governor.

He appealed to the members and  leadership of the People’s Democratic Party PDP to unite and close ranks among themselves for the 2023 general elections in the interest of the state and it’s people.

Comrade Faisal said that the PDP is in a better position to form the next government in the state and bring about the needed development to its people.

He commended the founding fathers for keeping faith with the PDP irrespective of the present happenings in the country and the state.

He congratulated all the recently elected State, LGs and Wards excos and appealed to them to reach out to all aggrieved members and bring them back to the fold before 2023.
