How Popular “Ghana Must Go” Bag Became A Fashion Statement
It all began in the 1980s when hundreds of immigrants, mostly Ghanaians became so much in Nigeria, and hurriedly stuffed their belongings after given short notice to leave the country [Nigeria], the stripped bag most Ghanaians used as the symbol of the exodus became known as ‘Ghana Must Go. The bag recognised around the world is in either blue-white and red-white varieties and this once-nameless bag in West Africa has long been known especially popular in markets.
