One Christ Dwelling In Different HEARTS

That Christ may dwell in your HEARTS by faith; Ephesians 3:17a.

The apostle goes on to reveal the dwelling place of Christ in us; It’s the heart, which is the Headquarters of our moral actions, it is the source of our will and our emotions.

Now observe; the apostle said hearts; it is a plural, indicating that we have different hearts.

That we may all be sitting in church and Christ can dwell in one heart and not in another even if they may all speak in tongues, prophesy and wear Christianity as it is said.

Paul in this strong prayer urges all in the church in Ephesus to open their heartS for Christ to dwell.

While the church may have a corporate blessing, the ministration to the heart is personal and it is the obligation of each individual to ensure that he/she opens the door of his/her heart to Christ that is on the door knocking.

In Revelation 3:20  Jesus said that He is at the door knocking and “IF ANY MAN OPENS” He will come in.

Beloved, so, you see it is a personal responsibility that leads to a relationship. May God guide you to open your heart to Him today and always.
