Bad weather has prevented some dignitaries from being physically present at the 69th birthday and 12th colloquium of All Progressives Congress leader, Bola Tinubu, holding in Kano today.

It had earlier been reported that the weather condition prevented Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila; the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha; Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed; and the Minister of the Interior, Rauf Aregbesola from flying to Kano for the event.
