Yusuf Buhari, Zahara In Pre-Wedding Outing (Pics)

A special polo tournament to herald the forthcoming wedding of Yusuf Buhari, President Muhammadu Buhari’s son to his fiancée, Zahara Bayero has been organized.

  GreenWhiteGreen GWG had reported the forthcoming wedding of the pair who were both trained in universities in the United Kingdom. Zahara Bayero is the daughter of the emir of Bichi in Kano and also a niece to the emir of Kano.

The pair had the special outing for which special T-shirts were worn by friends of the couple.

Pictures shared by Daily Trust showed the pair hanging out both on the polo ground and within the rooms of the polo club.

Zahra Bayero as at the time of the engagement few months ago was a bachelor’s student in the United Kingdom, studying architecture.

Yusuf is a 2016 graduate of University of Surrey, Guildford, United Kingdom.

The duo were joined by their friends and family members during the special outing.

The couple will tie the knot on August 20, 2021 few days after President Muhammadu Buhari who is presently abroad would have returned from his medical check-up in the United Kingdom.

The wedding of the pair is bound to be of special significance to the Buhari family given that a daughter of the president is named Zahara.

Zahara Buhari, Yusuf’s elder sister is married into the Indimi family of Maiduguri, one of the richest Nigerians with substantial interest in the upstream oil industry.
