Imo Govt Accuses PDP Of Pushing Fake Statistics Against Uzodimma

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Imo State has been accused of employing false statistics in its assessment of the Hope Uzodimma administration.

Director General of the New Media, Paul Ihunanya made the claim in a statement made available to  GreenWhiteGreen GWG.

 He said:

“The Imo State chapter of the now infamous and most unorganized opposition party in Africa (PDP), has continued, unabated, on her scheme of riding on false Statistics to deceive her members and the general public. The peculiarity of this trait is such that every of their chapter rides on it without a second thought or verification.

“The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) is obviously not averse to these characteristics as they continue to turn a blind eye to the achievements of the Shared Prosperity administration by employing imbalanced statistics to spread falsehood against the state which they so falsely hope to govern, by all means, in centuries to come,” he said of the Imo State chapter of the opposition party.

“The opposition ought to hide their face in shame more especially as the 3R Government is cleaning up the mess compounded by their inglorious and illegal reign in Imo State – a period appraised with fraudulent administration across all parastatals including but not limited to the fraudulent award of road contracts, which remains the greatest contributory factor to the deplorable state of Imo roads,” he said in chiding the Imo chapter of the opposition party.

“Over the period we had security challenges within the state, the opposition failed to speak up and against rather, they gloried on the insecurity while applauding the perpetrators. As unpatriotic as it was, their call for resignation then, speaks volume of their possible involvement  or sponsorship of the dastardly, act against the people of Imo State.

“What then changed after their inglorious support of the monster they created? Could it be that the monster has outgrown their control and now they seek sympathetic support to tame the beast,” he said in his rebuke of the PDP in Imo.

“The Shared Prosperity administration of His Excellency the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma is focused and committed to human capital and infrastructural development of the state. These cannot be actualized without getting rid of the malware installed by those who wish to perpetuate the State in retrogression,” he said in flaying the PDP in Imo State.
