Popular Highlife Musician Is Dead

Popular Igbo highlife musician, Obi Okwudili Casimir, also known as Voombastic Uncle P, has kicked the bucket.

The death of the popular musician was published by music executive, Soso Soberekon, via his verified Instagram account on Tuesday night.

“Rest in peace Voombastic Uncle P..What a day,” he wrote.

However, details on the highlife musician’s death remain sketchy as of the time of filing this report.

Voombastic Uncle P was a former factional Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN) National President.

He became popular for his indigenous hit songs such as ‘Voom Kamma’, ‘Kpokom’, ’Ngozika’, ‘Figure 8 bu Akwa Nwa’ and ‘Kid Emperor’.
