How Suspected Thief Was Electrocuted In Lagos

A suspected thief met his karma after he was electrocuted when a transformer blew in Festac, Lagos.

The incident happened on Friday morning, October 1, 2021, at 721 Road, G close, and residents claim the deceased was known in the area for stealing.

It was gathered that the deceased a notorious thief in the area who also doubled as a truck pusher was known for stealing iron rods used for making gutters.

On that fateful day, he got to the transformer quite early with some stolen cables. While he was carrying out the act, power was restored and he got electrocuted.

As at the time of filing this report, the body of the thief remains unclaimed.
