Sapele APC Ratifies Expulsion Of Keyamo Ally, Ayomanor

The Executive Council of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State has ratified the expulsion of Mr. Elvis Ayomanor, a key ally of the minister of state for labour and productivity, Mr. Festus Keyamo.

GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that Ayomanor is part of the Delta APC Leaders’ Council headed by Keyamo that also includes key party chieftains including Chief Great Ogboru, Dr. Cairo Ojougboh, Rt. Hon. Victor Ochei among others.

Ayomanor had earlier been expelled by the Ward 7 executive committee vide a letter dated 14th September, 2021.

Recall that Mr. Elvis Ayomanor’s expulsion was sequel to a petition dated 6th September, 2021 and received by the Ward 7 party Executive Committee from Mr. Tedeye T. Abel, a member of the party in his ward.

The party in a statement made available to  GreenWhiteGreen GWG in affirming the actions against Ayomanor, a key ally of Keyamo in the ongoing war in the Delta State chapter of the APC, said:

“Following thorough investigation by a disciplinary  committee which looked into various allegations against him, Ayomanor was subsequently recommended for expulsion based on strict compliance with the provisions of article 21, paragraph B (i) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) constitution (as amended) that was unanimously endorsed by the Ward 7 Sapele Chairman and 25 other ward executive members.

“Elvis Ayomanor was expelled over anti-party activities, disobedience to lawful directives of the party and for conducts aimed at bringing the Party into disrepute and public opprobrium and for disrupting the peaceful, lawful and efficient organization of the party in Ward 7, Sapele Local Government Area, Delta State.

“The Sapele local government Executive Committee ratification of Elvis Ayomanor’s expulsion, was upon receipt of the ward 7 Disciplinary Committee report which was extensively deliberated in an emergency meeting conveyed by the Sapele Local Government chapter Executive Committee led by it’s chairman Mr. Erubasa Friday on October 11th, 2021 at the Local Government party Secretariat.

The statement ratifying the expulsion of Elvis Ayomanor, a Keyamo ally by the Sapele Local Government chapter Executive members of the APCread thus:

“Vide a letter dated Wednesday, 6th October, 2021, from the Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress, Sapele Ward 7, we were notified of a petition dated 6th day of September, 2021, against Mr. Elvis Ayomanor, a member of our party, in Ward 7, Sapele Local Government Area, and we were also further notified of the decision of the Disciplinary Committee constituted by the ward Executive Committee to examine the petition/complaint.

 “Upon receiving the letter referred to in the preceding paragraph which was accompanied with the detailed/decision of the Disciplinary Committee duly constituted, an Emergency meeting of the Local Government Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress for Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State, was held today 11th October, 2021, at the Local Government Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress and upon thoroughly reviewing the report/decision of the Disciplinary Committee and ratification of the decision expelling Mr. Elvis Ayomanor from the All Progressives Congress by the Executive Committee of Sapele ward 7, we the members of the Sapele Local Government Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress, hereby confirm the ratification of the decision expelling Mr. Elvis Ayomanor from the All Progressives Congress by the Executive Committee of Sapele ward 7 and further adopt and ratify the decision of the Disciplinary Committee expelling Mr. Elvis Ayomanor from the All Progressives Congress.

“Accordingly, Mr. Elvis Ayomanor remains expelled from the All Progressives Congress,” the statement emphasized.

GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that the expulsion of Ayomanor, a key ally of Keyamo by the Sapele LGA chapter of the APC is coming in the wake of the unresolved crisis in the state chapter of the party.
