Mack Truck Kills One Injures Another In Uyo
An unknown person has been reported dead and another injured in an auto crash involving a Mack truck and a tricycle which occurred on along IBB way, near Women Development Centre, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State capital.
It was gathered that the truck, belongs to AMITEC Construction Company with registration number KPR321XA and the tricycle, a KVS King, with registration number, JW740KET.

The Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Matthew Olonisaye, who disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday, said the cause of the accident was a result of brake failure.
He, therefore, advised vehicle owners to take the maintenance of their vehicles seriously, stressing that the command would not take it lightly with vehicle owners who compromise on this.
