Liquorose Gets Support After Backlash Over Transparent Dress

Former Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye housemate, Liquorose, was the object of harsh criticism on Friday after she shared a picture of herself in a transparent evening dress at the Tecno party for the housemates.

Her complete nudity was covered by a black pant which was overlaid by a transparent see through lacelike material.

Her nipples were covered by bra pads that matched the colour of her skin.

She held a glittering purse and her legs were covered by a pair of gleaming sandal heels.

The picture was posted on her Instagram page drawing mixed reactions.

 GreenWhiteGreen GWG gathered some reactions to the dressing that was believed to have been inspired by the outfit worn by Rihanna wore to Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards in New York in 2014.

Liquorose, however, got plaudits from some including gymteam2017 who said that the dressing was even a moderation on the part of the former BBNaija housemate who it was said had worn more outlandish apparels.

@faith_vallery you are not Rose fan if you were check her previous pictures with bikinis, olamide video and in the house she wore more revealing than this. Look all of us choose a lifestyle we want if it makes her happy to dress like this than that’s fine.
