Breaking: Finally, Obi Cubana Released By EFCC
Billionaire businessman and socialite, Obinna Iyiegbu, aka Obi Cubana, has been released from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, three nights after he was taken into custody on Monday.
GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that Obi Cubana was taken into custody on the allegation of money laundering and abuse of the naira.
He came into public reckoning after the widely publicized burial of his mother last July.
A senior official of the EFCC confirmed the release of the socialite on Thursday night.
