VIDEO: Amotekun Nabs Male Kidnapper Who Disguised As Woman In Ondo
A video of an alleged male crossdressing kidnapper, paraded by Amotekun in Ondo state has provided something of comic relief on social media.
The video by TVC shows the Amotekun Commander in the State, Chief Adetunji Adeleye surrounded by offenders who were being paraded before the media.
In the video, the Amotekun boss can be heard explaining how the cross-dressing kidnapper operates while undoing his disguise.
Chief Adeleye said, “Late in the night on Wednesday at about 11:15 pm, we received a distress call that kidnappers stormed the church premises and apprehended some of the worshippers.
“Within minutes, our men swung into action and we were able to comb the bush around and cordoned off all the streets around the place and we were able to apprehend this lady who incidentally is a man. He used the victims’ clothes as breasts. He is a man in a lady’s uniform.
“They molested the women and took them to a nearby bush where they were arrested. We were able to secure the release of the kidnapped victims within one hour of serious search in the surrounding bushes around.
“One of the arrested kidnappers confessed that he is part of the gang that specialises in kidnapping.”
In reaction to the video, most social media users linked the arrested culprit, to controversial crossdresser Bobrisky, who has been involved in a public spat with his ex-best friend Tonto Dikeh.
Others wondered why the kidnapper’s face was covered in the video. Another user voiced his distrust for security officials, claiming the arrested crossdresser might be innocent.
