Shock, As Deaf Man Is Caught With Fresh Head In Rivers

A 23-year-old deaf man has been arrested by security operatives for being in possession of a fresh human head in Rivers state.

The young man identified as Chinedu Okoro was apprehended on Saturday, January 15, 2022, with the female head concealed in a nylon bag.

He has since been handed over to police authorities for further investigation.
