VIDEO: Lagosians Prevent LASTMA Officers From Arresting Motorist
There was jubiliation on social media as some Lagosians prevented some LASTMA officials from arresting a motorist.
In the video, the crowd can be seen physically restraining the officers from arresting the vehicle.
