A clearer video of the fight between Ebele Obiano and Bianca Ojukwu has surfaced online giving a more vivid account of how the former Anambra First Lady took ten steps to attack the former beauty queen and widow of the late Biafran leader, Odumegwu Ojukwu.

GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that the inauguration of Prof Chukwuma Soludo as governor of Anambra State on March 17, 2022 was marred by the slapping incident which saw Bianca Ojukwu, the widow of the late Biafran leader land what she described as a dirty slap on Ebele Obiano, the then outgoing First Lady of the state.

The videos that emerged at that time were generally blurred and did not give an accurate visual of the incident leaving both parties claiming the other as the guilty party.

The clear video of the incident released on twitter on Monday showed very clearly how, Ebele Obiano stood up from where she sat next to Senator Uche Ekwunife and move unsteadily towards where Bianca Ojukwu sat.

The video which was captured by someone positioned at the back of the incident showed Ebele take exactly ten steps towards Bianca and hit first at her upper arm, then she mockingly taunted her before hitting at her head gear.

It was at that point that Bianca stood up, adjusted herself. Ebele Obiano then mocked her “bitch, you are a bitch,” and Bianca Ojukwu then raised her right hand and hit the First Lady her on the upper part of her head.

It was not the kind of dirty slap that was portrayed, but reflective of the claim that Ebele Obiano was drunk at that time, the slap from Bianca Ojukwu which was not actually strong, however, easily unsteadied Ebele Obiano. By that time many VIPs including the First Lady’s ADC rushed to steady her and prevented her from falling to the ground.

Her headgear was removed and she was taken away by the VIPs who included Chief Victor Umeh.

Why the video was released remains unknown but it has given a more vivid illustration of the fight that easily stole the headlines from the inauguration of Prof Soludo as governor.
