Body Of Abducted Former Kaduna Community Leader Found In Bush

Unknown gunmen who reportedly kidnapped a former Kaduna community leader, Mr James Abu have killed and dumped his body in a bush.

Details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of filling this report, however, it was gathered that the deceased was kidnapped few days ago.

According to report, the decomposing corpse of the deceased was discovered in the bush on Wednesay, April 13. 

One Makeri Danjuma Mohammed, who confirmed the incident said that late Abu was the former overseer of Akilbu District in Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

“The raging insecurity ravaging our commmunities is taking an alarming toll day-in-day-out,” he wrote. “

“Accordingly, the death has been confirmed of Mr James Abu the former Overseer of the defunct Akilbu District in Kachia LGA of Kaduna State. He was kidnapped about two days ago only for his corpse to be discovered today in a bush. He was gruesomely murdered in cold blood by armed marauders or terrorists. May his soul rest in peace.”
