Middle placed Brighton on Saturday pulled the first away win at the Tottenham Stadium in a 0-1 victory since 1981 that put a dangerous threat to the Top Four dreams of the Antonio Conte tutored team.

It was a miserable outing for Tottenham which came into the game with an amazing record of wins but for the 90 minutes could not pull a shot at goal.

Brighton came into the game with a stubborn determination with a packed 3-5-2 formation to frustrate the formidable threat posed by the Henry Kane attacking Tottenham force.

GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that Tottenham came into the game with 25 goals in the last seven matches but could not manage a shot on target throughout the game on Saturday.

The only goal of the match came at exactly the 90th minute after an amazing finish from Belgium forward Leandro Trossard.

With the victory, Brighton now go into the top ten of the league while Tottenham remain at fourth place with 57 points, three points above Arsenal who, however, have two matches at hand.

With the Saturday victory at Tottenham, the first in more than 40 years, Brighton have now pulled a back to back victory over two London teams, following the previous week’s stunner over Arsenal.
