Following the painful and untimely exit of gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, her brother identified as Chimerie, has spoken on why the late singer kept the domestic violence by her husband a secret.
Chimerie revealed that the angelic singer refused to divorce her husband, Peter Nwachukwu, because of what people will say about her.

Chiemerie also said that Nwachukwu killed the singer slowly.
Speaking with journalists, Chiemerie said, “I knew Osinachi very well. She was very quiet and God-fearing.
“She was just hiding all those things, so people would not talk about her and say she was divorced. The man dealt with her and she died slowly.”
Recall that Chimerie reported a case of domestic violence against Nwachukwu to the Nigeria Police, Federal Capital Territory command, which led to his arrest on April 10, 2022. The gospel singer had died two days earlier on April 8, 2022.
GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that Nwachukwu had denied claims of culpability in the death of his wife, Osinachi claiming that she died from throat cancer, a claim the brother debunked.
Former beauty queen and Nollywood actress, Munachi Abii, has reacted after being shamed on social media for her inability to speak Igbo language fluently.
Munachi who was a guest on BBC News Igbo on Friday talked about her childhood, family and career but in a seemingly poor manner owing to the fact that she kept mixing Igbo with English language all through the interview.
This led social media users to make fun of her for her inability to speak Igbo without combining it with English language.
Reacting to this, the actress took to her Instastory to say that people should commend her instead for her ability to speak Igbo at all as she visibly tried to speak to the best of her ability.
