Laycon Blasts Trolls Comparing Burna Boy With Other Artistes

Popular Big Brother Naija winner, Laycon has blasted critics comparing Burna Boy with other Nigerian artistes.

The reality star and singer took to Snapchat on Friday to congratulate Burna Boy on his recent New York sold-out concert.

In his congratulatory message to the Grammy winner, Laycon said that some ‘idiots’ would find a way to make Burna Boy’s achievements about themselves by comparing him with other musicians.

“Congratulations to Burna Boy, congratulations to Nigeria, Congratulations to Africa.

“We all know some idiots would find a way to make this about themselves and their sadist character with stupid downplaying and comparisons. If you are part of these idiots, congratulations to you regardless,” he wrote.

Recall that in recent times, fans have often compared Burna Boy with his colleagues Wizkid, Davido and Olamide.

Burna Boy has, however, bragged about being the biggest and highest-paid singer in Africa.

Burna Boy also trended when female fans gave him their bras while he was performing on stage. Reacting to the gift, Burna boy thanked his female fans and proceeded to use the bra draped over the microphone while performing.
