No Casualty Recorded As Three Storey Building Collapses In Lagos

A three-story building, collapsed at No 32, Ibadan Street, on Sunday night at the Ebute Metta area of Lagos State.

The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service disclosed this late Sunday on its Twitter page.

The service assured that rescue operations have begun to save anyone trapped in the building

Alongside a video displaying the building, the tweet read, “An alert of a collapse of a three-storey building by 32 Ibadan Street, Ebute Metta was received at 21:48 hours, Sunday, with Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service already at the scene.

“Search and rescue ongoing with updates to follow, please,” the tweet read.

GWG gathered that there is no confirmation of any casualty as of the time of filing this report.
