See How Much Burna Boy Made From Ticket Sales At Sold-Out Madison Square Garden Show

Nigerian Afrobeats singer Burna Boy reportedly made over N3 billion from just ticket sales at his sold-out concert at Madison Square Garden in New York, USA.

Reports by BusinessDay revealed that he generated the sum from ticket sales which went for as low as $80 and as high as $2,125 with an average of $350.

Using the average sales of $350 to multiply the total available capacity for a 20,789 arena, at the official exchange rate of N415.33 per dollar, the total amount generated is $7,276,150  equaling N3,022,003,379.50.

Burna Boy is the first Nigerian to headline a 2 hours concert titled ‘One Night in Space’ in Madison Square Garden.

He, therefore, joins late pop stars Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Mariah Carey, Adele, Rihanna, Jay Z and Justin Bieber as artists who have sold out the world’s most famous arena.
