OPM Pastor Offers Deborah’s Parents New Home, Siblings Scholarships

The pastor over Omega Power Ministry (OPM), Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, has extended his kindness to the family of late Deborah Samuel Yakubu, who was beaten to death and burnt in Sokoto.

Recall that the parents of the deceased had sworn not to let any of their children go to school again after the ugly incident that claimed the life of their first child.

In reaction to this, Apostle Gift via his verified Facebook page on Monday, May 16 revealed his desire to help the family.

The pastor revealed that he would be offering them accommodation in one of his churches’ free estates without any payment of rent.

He also revealed that they would be relocated to Port Harcourt, while offering to give the slain student’s siblings free scholarships into OPM free schools.

The OPM pastor also promised to get late Debroah’s dad a new job and open a shop for her mum.

“They would be staying in one of the OPM free estates were they will never pay rent forever. “All there children are given automatic scholarship in OPM Free schools. “I will get the father a job and I also open a shop for the mother. “Please get in touch with them immediately. “God bless you. “Pls continue to share until it get to them.”

The kind gesture shown by the OPM pastor towards the family of the deceased Deborah has stirred numerous reactions from social media users who could not hold back their joy.

The news of the gesture from the OPM pastor towards the family of Deborah came as the two suspects held for the killing were remanded in prison custody on Monday after they were arraigned.
