“Traffic Robbers Target People Driving Alone” – Yvonne Jegede Warns

Nollywood actress, Yvonne Jegede has taken to her social media page to raise a security alert while narrating a scary encounter she had with traffic robbers.

The actress recounted how a robber who emerged from under a bridge almost robbed her at about 9pm as she was stuck in traffic on the Third Mainland Bridge.

According to Yvonne, the guy targeted her car since she was alone. Luckily for her, the traffic moved and she quickly drove off, so the guy took off.

Yvonne Jegede called for the bridge at Oworonsoki to be more secured and also warned commuters to be careful of how they drive at night especially when they are alone.

She wrote: “Last night about 9 pm, one guy almost robbed me on 3rd MB. I was lucky the traffic moved a bit so I moved my car and then he took off. Under the bridge at Oworonsoki needs to be sanitized. The guy jumped out from under the bridge. They target people driving alone. Be safe guys”.

GWGNG reports that traffic robbers as the sort encountered by Yvonne Jegede have for some time troubled commuters in Lagos and the alert from the actress is another voice to the authorities.
