Davido Hails Banky W Following PDP House of Reps Ticket Win
Davido has congratulated Banky W over his victory at the just concluded House of Representatives primaries by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
David posted this on his Twitter page on Tuesday where he also promised to support Banky.
He also called on Nigerians to get up and make a change instead of complaining from the comfort of their homes.
“Congrats @BankyW! You have my support! Don’t sit at home and complain, get up and make a change,” he tweeted.
The singer turned politician emerged winner of the ticket to represent Eti-Osa federal constituency in the House of Representatives with a total of 28 votes defeating his opponent who got only three votes.
Banky W first announced his decision to run for the House of Representatives back in November 2018 but lost to his then opponent, Ibrahim Obanikoro of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
