ASUU Strike: Mr. Macaroni Tackles Politicians Over Prolonged Strike
Popular skit maker and activist, Debo Adedayo better known as Mr. Macaroni has taken to his Twitter handle to fire a direct shot at Nigerian politicians over the lingering Academic Staff Union Of Universities, ASUU strike.
The activist opined that Nigerian leaders are unconcerned over the strike because their children attend fancy schools abroad and thus not affected by the strike.
Macaroni made this known via a tweet on Tuesday where he sympathized with parents over the pains they feel seeing their children stay at home when all they desire is good education for them.

Recall that the ongoing ASUU strike has kept Nigerian students in public universities at home for over three months.
Despite countless meetings and negotiations, the strike seems not to come to an end anytime soon as both parties have failed to reach a compromise.
Members of the union have insisted that until the government meets their demands, they won’t return to the classes while the federal government on its part has also activated the ‘no work, no pay’ rule.

Reacting to the recent development, Mr. Macaroni in a tweet said Nigerian leaders can’t relate with the pain brought about by the strike because their own children school abroad.
He wrote: “Students in Nigeria are out of school! Our Leaders cannot relate to the pain and sadness that this brings to Parents who simply want good Education for their children. Our Leaders can’t relate because their own children school in The U.S.A, U.K or some other fancy school abroad.”
In his tweet on the ASUU strike, Mr Macaroni said:
