Mary Njoku Cautions Nigerians Against Unqualified Comestic Surgeons

Following the death of a young lady who died at a Lagos hospital after an unsuccessful cosmetic surgery, Nollywood actress, Mary Njoku has cautioned Nigerians against patronising unqualified cosmetic surgeons

The movie executive took to her Instagram page on Friday to react to the incident questioning why a doctor who claims to have studied abroad and has a licence to practice there would come to Nigeria and offer the same services at a cheaper rate instead of making more money abroad.

Mary urged Nigerians to think twice and ask salient questions before patronizing such doctors who are probably unfit to practice abroad or are on the run from the police.

“Nigeria is a safe haven for bad IJGB cos-surgeons. Small accent and you are in business. Thanks to gullible Nigerians who make sure they continue Killing people by BLAMING THE VICTIMs. SAD. To those very few doctors who come home to save lives. Thank you.” She wrote.

“When supposedly great cosmetic surgeons who claimed their schools abroad and have a licence to practice there move to Nigeria to earn in naira and earn 70% less. Buy and get one free, ask why.

1. Are they patriotic and want to give back by saving lives

  1. Do they hate money

3 or do they need a place where lives don’t matter, butcher people and continue practice.

  1. Police dey find them for abroad?
  2. They aren’t good enough to practice there?” She added.
