Soludo Obtains Account Books Of Anambra Kidnappers (Video)

Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has obtained three account books used by kidnappers in the state in their transactions. According to him the account books which shows payments for ransom, expenses by the kidnappers among others have proved that the kidnapping was not being fueled by any agitation but by crime.
