Oreagba formerly represented Naira Marley in a suit filed against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The lawyer was found guilty following a recording where she disclosed that she would bribe EFCC officials to get a soft landing for her client, Kelechi Uka.

Justice Taiwo, however, discharged Oreagba on the second count of obtaining money by false pretense.

Oreagba was condemned by the judge for trying to influence law enforcement officers and cases assigned to judges in the Lagos State Judiciary.

GWG understands that the lawyer was arraigned on the 12th of November by the EFCC before Justice Sherifah Solebo of the Special Offences Court in Ikeja on corruption and for allegedly obtaining by false pretense charges.

The former lawyer to Naira Marley was at that time a counsel to Uka who was under EFCC investigation.

She allegedly collected the money from one Henry Umoh through her business name, Bobcom Enterprises.
