Police Nab Three Ladies For Raping Man After Making Him Drunk

Three ladies have been arrested by the police after they got a mental health patient to be drunk with beer and using him for sex.

The incident which happened in Zambia on September 4, 2020 is causing outrage among the population especially because the ladies circulated the sex video.

The arrest of the three Kitwe women has been confirmed by the Copperbelt Deputy Commissioner of Police, Sharon Zulu who blew the identity of the three ladies as  Thandiwe Phiri, Kangwa Chembeya and Mary Mugala.

She revealed that the identity of the three ladies came to light through information from members of the public who saw the virial sex video.

Zulu said;

“Brief facts are that, on September 4th around 14:00 hours, the three were drinking beer at the house they share in Mindolo. As they were drinking, the three called the victim, a mental patient who stays  within their area and gave him beers to drink. When he got drunk, they enticed him to have carnal knowledge with Phiri while Chembeya took a video of the act.”

According to the police chief, Chembeya kept the video in her phone and later circulated it on social media causing outrage among the public.

Zulu giving a clue on how the ladies were nabbed said:

“Members of the public saw it on social media and reported to the police. Upon receipt of the report, police followed up the  matter and managed to apprehend the three women behind the video.The three are  currently detained in lawful custody for two counts Making and Circulation of Obscene matter and Having Carnal knowledge of an imbecile or Person with Mental illness.”
